63-Hour Florida Sales Associate Pre-License

Required education for applicants pursuing a Florida real estate sales associate license.

  • Format: In-person (Carrollwood) or online via Zoom
  • 2-week schedule: Mon–Fri 5:00–10:00 PM, Sat 11:00 AM–4:30 PM
  • Tuition: $499 in-person / $399 online
  • Upcoming start dates: October 5, December 7, and February

Meet the Founder

Broker. CEO. Licensed Florida Real Estate Instructor.

Alfredo Rodriguez is a Real Estate Broker, Mortgage Loan Originator, investor, and licensed Florida real estate instructor. Born in Cuba, he came to the United States at 16, entered real estate in 2014, and has maintained an annual production of 50 to 60 transactions. He built ANR Real Estate Academy to share the experience and tools that took him from immigrant to entrepreneur and real estate investor.

  • Active industry perspective — Taught by an active broker drawing on an established Tampa Bay brokerage with over 500 real estate transactions.
  • Education beyond the exam — The license is the beginning, not the finish line — we teach you how to build a career.
